Meet Joshua Richardson, A Temecula Native with a Bachelor's degree from San Diego Christian College. he has served as a Finance Manager for a corporation and as a dedicated Financial Advisor. Known for his meticulous attention to detail and passion for crafting unique financial strategies, Joshua takes pride in helping clients retire sooner and achieve their financial goals. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, spending quality time with friends and family, traveling to explore new cultures, and off-roading in his Jeep. Committed to building long-lasting relationships based on trust and personalized service, Joshua is dedicated to empowering his clients on their financial journey toward success and retirement readiness.
Rainier Radoc
Meet Rainier Radoc, a native of Long Beach California, who also has strong ties to the Inland Empire. With nearly two decades of experience in banking and financial advising, Rainier has built a distinguished career at esteemed institutions such as Bank of America, JP Morgan, and Wells Fargo. His dedication and expertise have earned him a loyal client base, reflecting his commitment to forging lasting relationships. Rainier is deeply passionate about serving God, his family, and his clients. He takes great joy in helping clients plan for their financial futures, meticulously researching investments, and acting as a trusted fiduciary. Outside of his professional life, Rainier is a husband, father, an avid bowler, golfer, and shoe collector. He loves spending quality time with his wife Brenda and their young son Randall. They are passionate travelers, always eager to explore new destinations and cultures, enriching life with diverse experiences and adventures.
Ben Rones
Meet Ben Rones, A Temecula native with a passion for helping clients navigate the complexities of the financial world. Prior to working at R&R, Ben was the director of investment operations for a group of advisors at Thrivent Financial, managing and advising on $245 million of assets. Ben obtained his bachelor’s degree in Economics from Cal State San Marcos in 2017. He has also been a CFA Charterholder since April 2023. The CFA credential is the most respected and recognized investment designation in the world as it demonstrates superior competency in advanced portfolio management, financial expertise, and technical skills, underpinned by ethical conduct and the highest standards of practice.
When Ben isn’t assisting clients with their financial futures, he enjoys smoking meats and perfecting new recipes. He’s also the lead guitarist for his local band, Hidden Alpaca, and loves spending quality time with his family and nephews.
